At AMZ Cosplay, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Each costume is made with care and crafted to order, but we understand that issues may arise. Please read our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund

We offer full refunds in the following situations:

  • Damaged Items: If your cosplay costume arrives with physical damage such as rips, stains, or broken zippers.

  • Incorrect Customization: If the design, color, or print does not match what you ordered.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue for verification.

Important Notes on Size Selection

All costumes are made to order.
If you're unsure about sizing, please message us before placing an order — we're happy to help!
Orders placed with the wrong size will not be eligible for return or refund, as each costume is custom-made.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email Us: Reach out at contact@amzcosplay.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  2. Return Process: If required, we’ll provide a return address. Please do not send items back without our approval, as it may delay your refund.

  3. Refund Approval: Once your case is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a full refund via PayPal.

Order Cancellation

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may request a cancellation for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Method

All refunds are processed via PayPal to ensure a secure and transparent transaction. If needed, you're welcome to open a case directly with PayPal — we’ll work quickly to resolve any issue fairly.
